Meet Our Teams..

Men's Team A

The Men’s Team A is the flagship team of Alexandria Rugby Club. Established in 2003, the team represents the highest level of performance and competitiveness within the club. With a strong legacy in Egyptian rugby, the team is built on discipline, teamwork, and excellence, consistently competing at the top level of national competitions and serving as a role model for the club’s developing players.

GP Academy

GP Academy was established in 2024 through a collaboration between Alex Rugby Club and GP Complex. The academy aims to develop young players by enhancing their fundamental skills and preparing them to progress into first teams. It provides a structured pathway for growth, focusing on both performance and player development. The academy is divided into men’s and women’s sections, ensuring equal opportunities for all athletes.

Alex GP Rugby Team

The team was established in 2025 as part of the club’s preparation to compete in the Egyptian Rugby League. It serves as an extension of Alexandria Rugby Club’s vision to expand its player base and strengthen competition across its teams. Training sessions are held at Pharos University fields, creating strong engagement with university students and the surrounding community. The men’s team has already been successfully formed, with future plans to establish a women’s team.
